Are you freaking out because it's almost the end of the year?

How is it November already?

Did you order the accelerated version of life?

I'm sure I didn't, but somehow, life is going by so fast.

While we can't control how fast life goes by, we can focus on how we spend our time.

Comment below; what were your wins from last month? I'd love to celebrate with you.

Some of my wins were:

  • Going on my first press trip to Mexico ( article coming soon)

  • My Flamenco performance

  • I attended a dance event called The Old School ( more on this later)

  • Getting to visit one of my best friends in New Jersey

  • Finding my workflow and feeling more productive

Even if October was challenging for you—and believe me, I’ve had my challenges—I encourage you to take a moment to focus on one positive thing that happened to you.

If you're in the mood for a bit of reading, here are some articles that have been recently published. ( click on the title to read the full article)

Also, my favorite song of the month was “ Million Dollar Baby” by Tommy Richman. I blame Instagram, but it’s a jam.

As we get closer to the new year you may be feeling pressure to complete your 2024 goals and resolutions. There's the anxiety of the elections. And of course holiday maddness is upon us.

Here is some advice to help you get through it all.

  1. Find your happy place. Right now is the time to start implementing those self-care techniques, such as

    - not looking at your phone first thing when you wake up or before bed

    - saying no to things that don't bring you value

    - staying hydrated

  2. Start setting and working on your goal now. Don't wait until the new year. Start becoming the person you want to be now.

If you need more support with your goal, or simply keeping your head on straight with the new year coming, I invite you to join my email list.

Oh, great, another list.

I promise I won't bombard you and will only send you useful information, such as tips on staying accountable for your goals.
